Elise Marcianti is a Melbourne-based mural artist whose work explores how our surroundings influence the way we feel, think and connect. Drawing on psychology, colour theory and the restorative qualities of nature, she creates large-scale murals that bring warmth, calm and curiosity to public and shared spaces. Elise collaborates with councils, schools, healthcare centres and community groups to develop work that reflects the people, stories and character of each location. Her murals pair carefully considered colour palettes with imagery inspired by landscapes and the natural world, bringing a sense of the outdoors into the built environment. An avid trail runner and explorer, Elise’s creative practice is shaped by time spent in wild places and the moments of awe found within them.
