The Gold Coast watched in anticipation as world-renowned artist Guido van Helten transformed a 10-storey building at Southern Cross University Gold Coast campus. Now his latest large-scale mural is complete.

Guido’s creative labour took 18 days and wraps around two walls, showing the photo-realistic depictions of a man and a woman standing casually looking back towards the campus.

The University campus and 43-metre mural are located next to the Gold Coast Airport, which will welcome thousands of visitors to the city during Commonwealth Games.
