Miami is a rad little suburb nestled amidst the plumped-up glitz of the Gold Coast, and this piece is designed to celebrate the GC folk who’re holding on to what’s REALLY golden: Music, creative community, ocean lovers, hand-makers, good vibes and good real food… Leading with lyrics from iconic hip hop lords Jurassic 5, and illustrated with iconography harvested from the area.

Kell Sunshine, a muralist, lettering artist, and illustrator from the east coast of NZ, is known for her bright and retro-fresh creative style, with themes rooted in ecological messaging and a portfolio spanning 13 years that includes diverse creations from tarot cards to murals in various countries. Passionate about the relationship between Earth’s inhabitants and inspired by environmental elements, Kell’s work reflects her respect for nature, and her career highlights include working with 250+ clients, painting 50+ murals across different countries, curating ocean conservation projects, and participating in an artist residency in Greece.
